Returns & Exchanges
Please see return tab on specific product pages for more detailed return policies for each brand/vendor. Returns are accepted after approved authorization from Go Garage Cabinets and gogaragecabinets.com. All items must be in original packaging and in original condition (damaged packaging, missing UPC's, bar codes or any other damage that is inflicted by the customer shall not be accepted). Due to the nature of our products, returns will only be accepted if the items are in the original sealed packaging. Please see Returns tab on product page for more details. In the case of an item that has been received damaged, faulty, or not the item you ordered, the buyer can return the item free of charge. The buyer must provide evidence of damaged goods. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours to process the claim. Please send photos of damages to returns@GoGarageCabinets.com.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a administration fee of up to 5% of original sale price, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. For all returns that are not due to damage, faults or incorrect product shipments, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs for the return delivery and must pay an additional restocking fee of 15% of the original sale price.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange. Items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns must include an RMA number that will be provided after your request for an exchange has been approved.
